The Role

We’re looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist who can bring their experience of working with children and young people to lead on the clinical robustness with which we deliver our digital therapeutic interventions. This role is unique as it will inform every aspect of how we deliver value to children and families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

We need a Clinical Lead who ensures that as we scale, we don’t lose the "human" in the code. You’ll be the voice of the user and the guardian of clinical integrity, making sure our tech actually works for the people who need it most.

  • Keep us honest: You’ll vet every new advancement to ensure it’s clinically sound, ethical, and safe.

  • Bridge the gap: Different teams will need your guidance on what to do and what not to do. This may include product, evaluation, service delivery and growth, marketing and strategy.

  • Design for the real world: You’ll help us build interventions for people who need them most. This means rigorous safeguarding and risk-protocol design.

  • Measure what matters: You’ll help us define what real benefit looks like in a digital context and help us prove our impact.

  • Be the clinical voice: You’ll be our clinical voice for all inward and outward facing discussions.s

What we’re looking for:

  • The Credentials: You’re a registered clinician (HCPC) who has spent enough time in the room with people seeking support to know what the "real world" looks like.

NHS experience is preferred, see our guidance on applying while you are working in the NHS at the bottom of this document.

  • The Mindset: You’re frustrated with the status quo of mental health care and want to use technology to fix it—but you’re also skeptical of solutions that overpromise.

  • The Agility: You’re comfortable with the messiness of a social enterprise. We’re building the plane while flying it, and we need you to help steer.
